Duplicated your Space to our org — stuck on "Starting"
Hi @akhaliq , thanks a lot for building this Space for Unlimited-OCR-2! 🙏
I duplicated it into our org as baidu/Unlimited-OCR-2(hardware set to ZeroGPU, model baidu/Unlimited-OCR-2 is public). The build succeeds, but it's stuck on "Starting" forever.
From the run logs API, the entire log is just one line and nothing after it:

Only one startup marker (so it's hung, not crash-looping), and the first breadcrumb "Runtime deps installed." never prints — so it seems to hang inside the runtime pip install at the top of app.py, before model loading.
Since the code is identical to yours and runs fine on your Space, I suspect it's something environmental on my side. Could you share:
Anything special about the runtime pip install step (network/index) that could block on a fresh copy?
Any pointers would be hugely appreciated — thank you!
